Since 2000, I have worked closely with leadership and staff to develop and implement standards and guidelines specific to hotel and brand openings. Stepping into an array of roles in management, operations, and housekeeping, I have trained staff on property management systems and and standards. As a building is being released from construction, I have coordinated the full cleaning and training. My scope of work in each of these engagements is extensive, playing a significant role in acquiring of the HEOS, placement of furniture and fixtures, and working closely with Senior Management and Corporate Management in setting brand standards.
